Draft of Industrial Relation (Telangana) Rules, 2021

Applicability

The Draft Rules upon coming into force shall extend to the whole of the State of Telangana in respect of industrial establishments and matters for which the Telangana State Government is the appropriate Government, and they shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

• Form VI – Form of Oath of Office for Judicial Member or Administrative Member (whichever is applicable) of Industrial Tribunal [Rule 21 & 22]
• Form VII - Application to be submitted before the Tribunal in the matter not settled by the conciliation officer [Rule 24]
• Form VIII - Application under section 59(1) of the Code [Rule 25]
• Form IX - Application by a person authorised by a worker or by the assignee or heir of a deceased worker under section 59(1) of the Code [Rule 25]
• Form X - Application under section 59(2) of the Code [Rule 25]
• Form XI - Application by a person who is an assignee or heir of a deceased worker under section 59(2) of the Code (35 of 2020) [Rule 25]
• Form XII - Notice of strike to be given by Union (Name of Union)/ Group of Workers [Rule 26]
• Form XIII - Notice of Lock-out to be given by an employer of an industrial establishment [Rule 27]
• Form XIV - Notice of Intimation of Retrenchment/ Closure to be given by an employer to the State Government under the provisions of Chapter IX of the Code and rules made thereunder [Rule 28, 30 & 34]
• Form XV - Application for permission of Lay-off/ Continuation of Lay-off/ Retrenchment/ Closure to be given by an employer / Industrial establishment /Undertaking to the State Government under the provisions of Chapter X of the Code and rules made thereunder [Rule 31, 32 & 36]
• Form XVI - Notice to the Employer/person who committed an offence for the first time under the Code, for compounding of offence under section 89 [Rule 39]
• Form XVII - Complaint under Section 91 of the Code (35 of 2020) [Rule 41]
• Form XVIII – Application for Registration of Trade Union [Rule 52(1)]
• Form XIX – Certificate of Registration of Trade Union [Rule 53]
