Draft of Code on Social Security (Manipur) Rules, 2021

The Draft of Social Security (Manipur) Rules,2021 has been notified in the gazette on 19 November 2021.

Applicability

The Draft Rules extend to the whole of State of Manipur and shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Upon the Rules coming to force, it shall repeal:

• Manipur Unorganized Workers’ Social Security Rules, 2016
• Manipur Payment of Gratuity Rules, 1982;
• Manipur Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Rules, 1960
