The Draft Rules of Occupational Safety Health & Working Condition (Jharkhand) Rules 2021has been notified in the gazette on 27 August 2021.

Applicability

The Draft Rules upon coming into force shall extend to whole of the state of Jharkhand and shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
