Draft of Code on Social Security (Assam) Rules, 2021

The Draft Assam Social Security Rules, 2021 has been notified in the gazette on 21 October 2021.

Applicability

The Draft Rules upon coming into force shall extend to the whole of the State of Assam, and they shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
