Shilpi Jain started her career in international taxation with BMR Advisors, before joining Ved Jain & Associates as a partner. With over 14 years of experience, she specializes in providing advisory services to multinational corporations, helping them navigate the Indian regulatory landscape. Her expertise includes comprehensive management of finance and payroll processes, as well as ensuring compliance with varied Indian regulations, including Income Tax, GST, Labour Laws, FEMA, and ROC filings. She has a deep understanding of payroll management, including salary structuring, ESOP taxation, social security planning, and expatriate taxation. She is a graduate of Lady Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, and holds a Master’s degree from the Delhi School of Economics. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010 and was an All India Rank holder.
