Revision in Rates of Employers and Employees Contribution under Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund

Maharashtra Government has issued a public notice with respect to revision in the rates of employees and employers contribution in all establishments that come within the scope of the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1953.

It is mandatory to pay employees and employers contribution through online facility at public.mlwb.in starting from June 2024 wherein, the half-yearly Contribution rates are mentioned below: Per Employee Contribution rate - Rs. 25/- Employers Contribution rate per employee - Rs 75/-
