Avoiding Physical Document Requirements: Branch Office Managers should not require physical copies of Regulation Certificates or related documents if these have been submitted online. Verification, if needed, can be done through direct communication with relevant medical facilities.
Strict Compliance: Non-compliance with these directives will be taken seriously, as the Director General has emphasized immediate action to eliminate physical submissions and enhance e-Governance.
