Mohali: greytHR, a full-suite HRMS platform provider, hosted an exclusive meet for customers from the Tricity region. Named greytogether and organized at The Park Gate hotel in Mohali on July 5, the event aimed to gain a deeper understanding of greytHR’s customer needs and expectations.
Organized in the presence of over 60 delegates, the event commenced with a session on a company overview and brand manifesto presentation. Dr. Jaspreet Ahluwalia, Director, Inspirometer, delivered a keynote on Redefining Future Fit HR through AI. greytHR’s Kunal Kumar Bharti, from the Customer Success team, made the product presentation with an emphasis on new feature releases. A customer feedback session followed this presentation.
“It was a very insightful event where we got an opportunity to physically meet many of our clients from the Tricity area. The really exciting part was the positive feedback we received on how greytHR was enabling them to run an effective HR department and some really great feedback on the product features and services. We also got to understand how we could enhance the product too. We’ll certainly use the feedback and suggestions to elevate our customers’ experience,” said Girish Rowjee, Co-founder and CEO of greytHR.
“The recent customer meet at Mohali allowed us to have candid discussions with our customers in the region. We were also able to deliberate on how they can leverage greytHR’s new features and value-added services effectively,” said Sayeed Anjum, Co-founder and CTO of greytHR.
It was also an opportunity for the greytHR team to interact with the delegates and address their product-related queries. The event culminated in a networking session where the delegates discussed best practices and exchanged insights with their peers.
