Downtime makes the heart go a-flutter. At greytHR, we understand how critical our service is for your business and the anxiety a downtime may cause. Perhaps more than customers, our operations team gets sweaty palms when the alarm goes off.
We are pleased to announce the greytHR Status Page. This status page is used for publishing incident and scheduled maintenance windows. We also have an Uptime Showcase that displays the last 90 days of uptime performance.
It is best if we can communicate quickly with our customers about any incidents or planned maintenance. It's not just informing you when there is a downtime but keeping you in the loop throughout the duration of the episode with regular updates. And finally a post-mortem of why the issue occurred and what steps we are talking to ensure this doesn't repeat.
We are proud of our operations team for their tireless efforts to ensure high service availability. It's not accidental that we have had 99.97% uptime last year with just 3 hours of downtime per year.
Since September 2018, we have made a major upgrade to our server infrastructure. We have completely switched to a Kubernetes containerized environment. We undertook this initiative to provide our customers with a highly scalable and highly resilient, self-healing infrastructure.
As it usually happens, we have had some teething problems. However, our team has actively eliminated many problem sources, and the system reliability has improved tremendously week after week.
Our entire team is dedicated to provide the best possible services and ensure a smooth and pleasant user experience. The greytHR Status Page is yet another step in our quest for customer delight and to earn your approval.
